Joan is the Foster family's assistant.
Joan (also called Family Brain) is a private tool that one family uses to keep its own week organised. It reads the family's shared email and calendars, keeps track of school dates and arrangements, and sends the parents a short note each evening about the day ahead.
It isn't a product or a service. There's nothing to sign up to, and it isn't available to anyone outside the family.
